Not a good enough picture....

for those of you that know me... I share all my cards with my son, Trevor even before you guys get to see them, sooo these are phone pictures, but they work.

Above is the Ornamental Pine easel card.  Simple and pretty.

Endless Wishes is next, using the Trim the Tree paper stack and snowflake charm.

The next one is Wondrous Wreath using the matching framelits.
I do LOVE this screen door and look for ANY excuse to use it!!
This one was Trevor's favorite until ...... Festival of Trees what completed

Bearing Gifts is our Forth idea.... adding All is Calm DSP and matching washi tape.

Last one is the one I had a difficult time putting together.
Festival of Trees and the matching punch. Can you tell what other two Stamp sets are used on this??

Another Stamp Camp card today...

Don't you just love this saying and I have to be honest...
I bought A Dozen Thoughts just because of this stamp.  Silly, right?? NO WAY!!
The rest of the set is AMAZING too!

Yes, this is a slightly off center gate card.
Our inside has just three flowers decorated with Candy Dots.

The 'just because' side is slightly wider then the Back to Black DSP side.
Yes, that was planned for more room to secure the phrase.

Here is some news!!
The date for the next Stamp Set Stamp Camp has been set.  What is that you ask?? This is when a stamp set and 5 projects get to all go home with you!!

What is the stamp set you ask?? Gorgeous Grunge.

Here are the basics:
Dates - Sun, Aug 3 or Mon, Aug 4 both at noon central time.
Cost - Wood mount $30, Clear mount $23 or if you have the set already $15. The signup ends on Fri, July 25.  This is so I can have all the stamps here on time!!

Any questions contact me!!

Graduation

Here is a gift card holding gate card.

Love the picture right?? haha sorry, I have no idea what happened.

To hold your gift card, just add a 1 inch strip of cardstock.  To secure that strip I used sticky strip.

You could even put cash in this pocket. Notice that even the gift card tucks in and unable to be seen from the outside.

A gate card is a simple different fold, you can off center it, going wider on either side.
For this card both sides are even, scored at 2 3/4.

The stamp used here is from Perfect Pennants, originally it said, Make a Wish.  But Dream seems to fit better for graduation.

Using Gorgeous Grunge and the new Banner Punch covering the word 'Wish' was easy.

May Stamp Camp

Flowers and Folds Stamp Camp
day Six

Today, its all NEW In-Colors and NEW stamps!!
Ohh yea, NEW Ribbon and NEW Ink!!

The stamp set is called Work of Art.  It is beautiful!!
This is the inside of our last card.

All the stamps used here are from the Work of Art set.

The "You" is heat embossed with silver embossing powder.

Isn't this blue... Lost Lagoon, dreamy.

The yellow is .... Hello Honey.

And yes, the front stands up.  A friend called it an Anniversary Fold, because I made a card like it for my Hubby for our Anniversary.

The message was originally a "secret".

The ribbon was a way to know that it opened.

Ohhh, did I say NEW DSP too??

May Stamp Camp

Flowers and Folds Stamp Camp
day five

Today's card had inspiration... but first the fold.
I love an Easel fold.  How about the different look of a side easel??
Above is what it looks like opened up(from the back).

The inspiration for this card was from Dawn's Stamping Studio...
I loved her card, and thought it was just BEAUTIFUL!
Thank you, Dawn for ALL your inspiration!!

Dawn used Crumb Cake and I wanted color but still simple... with just a dash of pretty.

Ruffled Ribbon, New Thick Bakers twine and sparkle of Rhinestones.....

Did you see the NEW cute little flower punch again??

Here is how the card looks from the front "Open".

Note: no sentiment.. why you ask?? I just could not find one that fit. But, the other reason is which way do you put it??

Question?? Do you always need a sentiment??

Have you forgotten about the BLOG CANDY??
Is this your favorite??

Happy Easter Weekend!!

I hope everyone gets to enjoy the weather and time with their Families!!
Today we have two cards, one more spring and the second clean and simple Easter.

Here is your spring card... Woodgrain Embossing folder, Butterflies and pretty Strawberry Slush Ruffled Ribbon.  Note the folded front... this is a half gate card.  Leaving half of your inside card exposed.  A couple more butterflies carries on the theme..

Keeping the Rhinestones to one color highlights them...

Two layers of Ruffled ribbon adds a presence ..

As you can see the front is basically flat, so this too is mailable.

It is difficult to see but on the inside there are two butterflies, one is "dirtied" up with a sponge to help you see it... in this small version of the picture it is difficult to see... enlarge to see what I mean.

Here is our second card... using Watercolor Wonder DSP and colors from that to highlight and bring the two different patterns together.  Banner Framelits are used here.  Yes, I really do like them!!

The stamp set is called Eggstra Spectacular.

This is a coloring that I can do, but apparently I should have pulled out the blender pen to do a better job, haha

This also has a low profile for easy mailing.

I do love my dimensionals though.

Have a Happy Easter! Stop by for a super cute card tomorrow.
